Quality & verification process

This page describes the intended onboarding and quality process. It is not a warranty of outcomes, licences or attendance times.

Intended onboarding checks

  1. Provider application with trade categories and proposed territories
  2. Identity and business details collection during onboarding
  3. Licence / insurance evidence requested where the trade requires it
  4. Territory activation only after capacity and documentation gates pass
  5. Ongoing complaint and feedback review after jobs are matched

How verification relates to matching

A listed trade category on the website is a routing option. Active matching in a suburb depends on providers who have passed the gates for that territory. Registry presence of a locality does not mean a provider is already live there.

After a job is matched

  • Providers confirm scope, timing and commercial terms with the customer
  • Material changes to scope should be re-confirmed before work continues
  • Feedback and complaints feed the review loop described on the complaints page

What we will not publish until verified

  • Star ratings or fabricated review counts
  • “Fully licensed nationwide” blanket claims
  • Response-time SLAs without measured capacity
  • Background-check badges without a defined check process in operation
